Ayo Hidup Sehat! Program - Red Nose Foundation
Underprivileged children and youth-at-risk in Cilincing and Bintaro have limited access to health education. This often leads to communities lacking interest in exercise and having an unbalanced diet. This condition is typically coupled with mental health issues. As abusive behavior is common in these communities, children & youth often have low self-esteem, unassertive nature, and a tendency to resort to violence when facing problems.

In addressing this issue, the Red Nose Foundation runs the Ayo Hidup Sehat! (AHS) program. Launched in 2015, this program tries to tackle marginalized communities’ physical and mental health issues. The program encourages children, youth, and adults to embrace a healthy lifestyle through fun and empowering methodology.
